This includes customer service, sales, inventory control, obtaining sales goals, maintaining budgets, implementing company policies and procedures, hire, fire, train and supervise staff, adhering to custom regulations, and all company Policy/Store standards.
Position Responsibilities 1.
Ensure customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and handling inquires in a professional manner.

Increase sales with excellent merchandise knowledge, selling skill sets, up sale tactics and creative thinking 3.
Proven knowledge of principles and methods for demonstrating, promoting and selling products or services 4.
Demonstrate knowledge of trends, holiday traffic and fluctuation in business 5.
Set store and associate sales goals and take proactive measures to create and implement business goals to increase sales 6.
Coordinate sales promotion activities, direct workers in preparing merchandise displays.
Follow company policy and procedures to maintain visual standards, identifies and communicates product needs 7.
Implement staffing plans; recruits, interviews, hires and ensures proper training.
Supervises store staff; work schedule planning, manages associates' daily duties, performance planning, coaches, rewards and counsels 8.
Maintain ongoing sales training and assist associates in obtaining new product knowledge, sales and customer service skills (identifying and fulfilling customer needs, up-sells and add-on purchasing) and merchandise promotions information.

Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving, transferring, returning, loss prevention and audit of inventory; monitor floor stock of each department 10.
Perform store opening and closure, cash and sales reconciliation; handle Payroll/Commission submission to Payroll Department, US Customs Entries, and ATF Reports per Company procedures.

Performs other duties as required Essential Requirements 1.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Flexibility and ability to work varied hours/days as business needs dictates.

Ability to speak comprehensibly and hear effectively with customers, vendors and/or associates of the organization.

Ability to read efficiently, perform basic mathematical functions (count, add, subtract, divide & multiply) and write to accurately complete work related documentation.

Comprehension of cash handling (denominations of monies to make change) 5.
Vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Physical demands include frequently standing for long time periods, walking, ability to reach above or below shoulders, twist at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance.

Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.

Ability to operate electronic equipment (P.

) and use equipment (manual) such as ladder, step stool, objects with wheels, spray bottles and other cleaning equipment necessary to perform job function.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1.
Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in business or related subject and/or equivalent work experience in a management capacity, minimal three (3) years management experience, preferable experience in a retail environment 2.
Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure with time restraints 3.
Strong leadership, communications (oral & written), organizational, planning, motivational and delegation skills.
