We are a property management company that owns and operates RV and mobile home parks throughout California.
We are currently looking for a full-time maintenance technician for our RV Park in the San Diego area.
We are looking for a candidate that is:
Hands-on and a critical thinker Curious Capable of plumbing Capable of Landscaping Familiar with electric (beneficial) Capable of prep and paint work Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines Able to coordinate with the office and follow work order protocols Professional, trustworthy, and reliable Communicating with others in a positive way Regularly inspecting the spaces and reporting things that need to be fixed Maintaining the grounds and overall cleanliness of the park Noticing compliance issues in the Park, such as an incorrectly hooked up sewer line.
Applicant must have reliable transportation and clean Driver's License.
Compensation is $19-$20 DOE and we have AMAZING benefits Job Type:
