Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in jewelry, electronics, or technical sales - Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise displays - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic technical knowledge to assist customers with product inquiries and troubleshooting We offer competitive pay rates for seasonal associates.
