Operations Leader

Job Description:
Oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Team Leaders and Staff assigned to their campaigns.
The role is responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring staffing, providing temporary coverage and training, provisioning excellent client services, problem resolution and the like.
Specific Responsibilities: Regular, often daily interactions with all the company departments, campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management Manages and staffs the operations assigned Develop individual and team goals and implement a plan to carry out objectives Guide team leaders in meeting all team and individual goals Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures Bilingual English Spanish Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/ Master's Degree, any field Work
Experience:
At least three years' of working experience in a related field is required, preferably as Manager specializing in BPO Operations and management, Customer Service, Customer Support or equivalent Has handled at least 200 FTEs Should have a track record of meeting targets and delivering on objectives Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to build productive business relationships with clients

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
