Facility Site Lead

Responsibilities Manage all facilities personnel: hold weekly 1:1s, conduct employee performance evaluations, and ensure team success Planning building maintenance and operational programs Negotiating bids and managing all vendor contracts Ensuring efficiency of all building systems Coordinating site safety programs and procedures Maintaining a safe work environment for all employees Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met Managing facilities planning and space allocation Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations Coordinating with department heads and building contractors Managing maintenance of grounds Ensuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations Coordinating building maintenance services Overseeing all building functions Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules Preparing and filing reports with government and regulatory authorities including environmental permitting Create/manage a budget for various facility needs and expenses, using best business practices to reduce operation costs Handle insurance plans and service contracts Keep financial and non-financial records Perform analysis and forecasting Skills/Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish/English High school degree; bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field preferred.
Certification in facilities management a plus.
5+ years previous experience in maintenance supervision or related field 2+ years knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles Positive attitude and a problem-solver Ability to physically climb ladders, stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 to 50 pounds Computer skills; may include scheduling with Google Suite or similar software Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices Self-motivated and directed Accurate and precise attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work overnight/ non-traditional hours, on an "as needed" basis About TaskUs: TaskUs provides a next-generation customer experience that powers the world's most disruptive companies through the partnership of amazing people and innovative technology.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
