Marketing Lead

Job Description:
The Marketing Lead is responsible for the strategy, design, development and implementation of marketing and branding initiatives within their geo in line with the TaskUs brand and global team.
Essential duties include: developing and executing a marketing strategy to attract qualified applicants; assisting recruitment efforts through marketing, maintaining social media platforms, qualifying marketing channels; and building the TaskUs brand.
Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to): In consultation with company management, build and effectively communicate the TaskUs brand identity Be the advocate & gatekeeper for the TaskUs brand both internally and externally Apply for and win at least 2 awards within the year Marketing Duties Propose, seek approval for, and implement a robust content marketing plan for external marketing through the various channels Work closely with creative team to design and produce content in support of strategically important internal company initiatives.
Work closely with recruitment and sourcing to make sure marketing initiatives are supporting hiring goals Keep track of budget for all marketing campaigns/events On a weekly basis, analyze metrics per marketing channel, monitor competitor activity and determine if brand pivoting is necessary On a monthly basis, set metric targets for Marketing to drive meaningful results Sponsor and engage the brand's target market and applicant pool through digital, physical and experiential (events) channels with clear objectives and deliverables Sales Support Take the lead on prospect and client site visits and be the liaison between sales and the sites in your geo Make sure the office and all collateral is prepared for each site visit Help with proposals and presentations, maintain up to date information on the site Social Media Set target metrics to effectively engage target market and applicant pool, and tell the TaskUs story across our online channels Hit marketing targets as determined by the business including metrics on likes, engagement and reviews.
Other responsibilities as determined by the team and your supervisor.
Skills/Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish and English 5+ years marketing experience Degree in business, marketing or communications Proven track record of meeting deadlines and driving deliverables Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, balancing varying and competing company interests and limitations, and managing teams off site.
Strong and effective communicator Accountability and solutions focus Ability to drive performance and get results High business ethics Experience creating and delivering effective marketing strategies Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills Experience effectively managing social media platforms from a business perspective Experience with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro) (plus) Experience with event planning (plus) Experience with PR (plus) Experience writing and/or editing content (plus) Experience with recruitment marketing (plus)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
